Administration

The Administration Department provides a variety of services:  administrative, licensing/permits, zoning and planning, finance, and human resources.   

 

Town Administrator, Ashley Watkins 

 

The Town Administrator, as appointed by the Town Council, has the responsibilities of executing the administrative functions of Town Hall, the police department, the municipal court, and the public works department.  The Town Administrator is also responsible for coordination of the Town Boards and Commissions as well as storm water management and administration of the Town's zoning ordinance.

Special Projects Coordinator/Town Clerk, John Rabon

The Special Projects Coordinator provides a variety of services for the Town, responsible for project management, research, analysis, and drafting of ordinances, resolutions, and proclamations.  The position operates the front desk, answers phones, responds to questions, assists the Town Administrator, and processes business licenses, building permits, and fees.  Additionally, the Special Projects Coordinator is responsible for taking minutes for meetings of the Town Council, Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission, and Design Review Board, as well as preparing for meetings and maintaining documents associated with these meetings.

Clerk of Court, Amanda Jones

The Clerk of Court provides support in all of the administrative and clerical functions related to running the municipal court, including: managing court records, trails, customer service, and other miscellaneous functions.

Community Compliance Officer, Vicky Pankow

The Community Compliance Officer ensure compliance with the town zoning regulations, business licenses, and building permits.
