Paying Traffic Fines
If you have received a ticket from a Springdale Officer, you have been issued a court date. At that court hearing you will have your chance to appear before the Springdale Municipal Court Judge and let him hear your case. If you do not wish to appear before the Springdale Municipal Court Judge, you may pay your fine(s) in full before your court date. The payment options available include cash, cashier’s check, money order or Visa and Mastercard. We do not accept personal or business checks. If you are not able to pay your fine in full you will have to appear before the judge on your court date and ask for an extension. Only the judge may grant an extension on fines.
To be qualified to serve on a Town of Springdale Jury, you must be a United States citizen at least 18 years of age, a registered voter, and a resident of the Town of Springdale. The only occupations that are disqualified from service by law are clerk or deputy clerk of court, constable, sheriff, probate judge, council members, magistrates, or other courthouse officials. Persons over the age of 65 do not have to serve, but can serve if they so desire. You must contact the Springdale Town Hall if you do not wish to serve. If you have a situation that you think may excuse you from jury duty, please contact Ashley Watkins at 803-794-0408. If you have been summoned for jury duty you must contact the court office to provide a telephone number you may be reached at in case of a cancellation of court or rescheduled date.
To request an arrest warrant for an incident that occurred in the Town of Springdale, a victim must first file an incident report with the Springdale Police Department. Upon obtaining a report from the police department, the victim must contact the Clerk of Court or an officer and arrange for a time to meet with the Springdale Judge.
Request Jury Trial

Please note that if you are mailing your request, our office must receive your request before your court date. You will not need to appear on your original court date.
